This appearance on Super Zoomin is basically covering the release of Yaguchi's book and the handshake-event.
We get to see a few older pictures from when she was younger, and move on to today, now that she is 24. She gets asked about Tsuji and her marriage. In response to this Yaguchi says that the future is looking good, and that while her dream is to get married by 25, the second she turns 25, she might make an announcement to everyone like a electric shock. Something like that.
One of the announcers of the show also makes some joking remark about "speed marriage" (as opposed to speed-dating). And I guess he is right about that :P
In the screenshots you can also see the line of people there for the handshake event, and had I been in Japan, I would probably been there, not here writing :D
