This weeks show start off with some viewer mail, before the show gets started for real.
They do some odd stuff with ropes on their fingers, trying to make specific patterns. After a few attempts they evidently manage to get things done the way it should be and Yaguchi is really excited. But they're not done. For each one they make proper, they try to make it progressively more complex and difficult, until of of them eventually fails and ruins the entire thing.
From this point on, they are going solo, and at times it can look like Haruki is struggling, or just bored. He pretends to strangle himself and falls over "dead", while Yaguchi is si into this rope-thingie, she doesn't even notice. I guess you could say she is dead focused on this one :P
After fooling around for a while, they move on to another mail and some sort of quiz, which seems to involve identifying songs, although I didn't quite get the rules. One of the hosts wins this one flat, but I wont spoil the results.
This weeks guest is Noko Inoko, queen of CM-songs, promoting her best of CD. She has evidently done 800 small jingles or so, unless I'm totally mistaken. She does a very short performance, and the hosts agree it's very genki music.
She even does a jingle for the hosts pimping their Yaguchi Hitori DVD!
Entertainment news. Yaguchi has a somewhat odd hairdo and wearing a even stranger outfit. Covered this week is the new anime movie in the Doraemon series, which is to be released 10.3.2007. Also covered is the movie Last king of Scotland.
Book covered is となりの801ちゃん which seems to be (about?) a manga of some sorts. Keywords mentioned were "kanojo" and "otaku".
This really isn't one of the best episodes, but apart from the news-section, Yaguchi looks super-cute in this one! So if a cute Yaguchi is all you need to get trough the week, this one should fit rather well. There's a reason for the bunch of screensheets I did on this one :P
