Yaguchi has a new show going and you better believe I'm checking it out. The show in question? GYAO's Midtown TV! As you can see from the homepage it seems like Midtown TV is aired weekdays, has a regular host depending on which day of the week it is, and thursdays are the days where Yaguchi-fans should be watching.
Show starts off with the hosts introducing themselves. First off is Maruyama Shu (丸山周) and then Yaguchi. On the show they go under alternate names, namely "Marumaru Aikora" (○○あい☆コラ) and "Nama Yaguchi!!" (生やぐち！！). Yaguchi is so eager to get in front of the camera that when she does, she evidently hits her head. Looks good already!
While the hosts are still warming up, Yaguchi brings up the good, old "variety idol" and mentions that as a variety idol she's gonna do just fine or something to that extent :P
The guests this week are Nakano fu joshi sisters (Nakano smelly-women sisters(?) / 中野腐女子シスターズ). They look almost like they were taken out of sailor-moon and Yaguchi thinks they are cute :P
Coming from Nakano and in those outfits, ofcourse Otakus have to get mentioned. Otakus get their fair share of love from these women, and I'm sure they get enough in return! Topics following up is cosplay and anime (including a Gundamn re-enactment), but that shouldn't surprise anyone. They also introduce their mascot, a pet-iguana named Gin-chan.
Suzann, one of the "sisters", mentions that she likes Yaguchi and watches her TV shows, and Yaguchi gets kinda embarrassed. Also Yaguchi gets suggested as a member in the Nakano-unit, and has to do a survey. At some point in the survey, the sisters start using "their powers" on her, going all "bibibibibibibi", and for a second she looks afraid XD
Following this is a general common sense-quiz where they are divided into two different teams and have to compete.
There's also a fortune-telling corner with "fortune-telling idol" Komatsu Miha (小松美羽) on the show, feeling up Yaguchi's aura. I'm sorta conflicted about if I should be freaked out by the way she speaks, or if I should just go "kawaii!". She's odd :P
Anyway: Lots of stuff going on, and a pretty good watch. Lets hope they get as good guests as this every week!
Also: msx was a good boy and put this up on the tracker for everyone to enjoy.
