Yaguchi Mari was as you all know on Kansai-TV's Nankai Paradise, with Yamazato-san and Shizu-chan as hosts. Also present was actress Tomochika (友近).
As the show opens, there's lots of talk. Yaguchi gets to hear it's been a while since she's been there, while Tomochika (born 1973) are kinda getting obachan-remarks :P Jumping to Tomochika's defence, Yaguchi mentions that her voice is really sexy, something which naturally has to be interpreted the wrong way.
Before anything else happens we get a short report from this weeks paradise: Australia, Golden coast and Surfer's paradise. While not that interesting, this section does have a few interesting sound-effects. If you've seen it, you'll know what I mean :P
For most of this section the studio-guests remain in a small box down on the left of the screen and have a few remarks here there. Anyway: back to the real show.
The topic at hand seems to be dates, and how the various people would like to have them. Yaguchi answers that she would like to get invited directly, and not have it go by mail or something. As for her preferred destination: Amusement parks seems to be her thing. Unlike some episodes of Yaguchi Hitori, there is no direct flirting here. First thing Yamazato has to say when Yaguchi is done is "We're not going to any amusement parks!"
Tomochika plan does not involve amusement parks, and she seems to have a few tips and suggestions for Yaguchi regarding dates. These tips all relates to food and eating somehow :P Shizu-chan would prefer to getting her invitation by phone. Her preferred destination: The bookshelves. She pretty much surprises everyone.
We also get a some interviews with some random women on the streets and it seems if you are to ask a Japanese woman out, you should send them a mail and ask them out for movie :P Yaguchi strongly disagrees about the movie-thing though, because that way she wont be able to talk or chat.
There's lots of talks about dates, things to do on dates, more interviews with people on the street and somewhere in between here, Yaguchi out of the blue yells "I want to go on a date!" and that she feels close to Yamazato, before cracking down laughing.
Following this is a new section, with even more talk, even Im not quite sure what the theme is here. They speak about different things, and Yaguchi mentions something about idols and boyfriends and how that doesn't always work out, although she assures the hosts she is OK.
Yaguchi's topic's for this section is "Choushi ni nori sugita onna" (調子に乗りすぎた女) and "mazui resturant", that is: a woman who was very good at picking up someone else's mood and unappetizing resturants.
There's lots of talk in this show, and it all seems to centre around dating. To round it off, there's a short ad-section where we have various featured articles and movies, and once again Yaguchi pimps her book.
