Episode 3 of Midtown TV is out. We get the usual hyper-active introduction, including a "Sexy beam Yaguchi Mari desu. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu" :P
Seems like it starts off where it ended last time: With Berryz Koubou. Guess what I mentioned was just a preview for this episode, which happens to be a Berryz-special. Oops ;)
When Yaguchi's co-host starts talking about Berryz, he seems to need to restrain himself, and Yaguchi yells out "Ojisan! Ojisan!" trying to get his attention. I'm not a Berryz fan. Not by far, but I'm going to give this a try anyway.
One of the first topics tackled isthe whole "Oji-san"-issue. We also get presented some concert-footage from one of their concerts. After this there is a small Q&A section where varies questions and answers are posed, and the Berryz-members are free to talk around it. The topics seem pretty light, but for the Berryz-fans this is probably just the stuff they want.
Yaguchi also gets a few questions from Berryz. Like "Do you think you have gained polularity trough being small (referring to height, duh)?". Her response is more the sense of that she really haven't been worrying about that, but evidently clothing, the fit and making them look good has a problem to her.
Questions go from favourite colour, to kissing, growing up and which of the girls she could rely on when graudataing from Morning Musume. Lots of questions really, interupted slightly by Berryz pimping their new CD.
After quite a few questions, there's time for the "Big woman superiority gesture-game". My, oh my. Ok. It might not make much sense, but Yaguchi shows off her Star-wars knowledge on this one. The fortune-teller also gets her say in this episode as well. I'm still not sure if I think she is cute or just plain creepy as of yet :P
Her thing this episode involves some photos, and to display them properly the lights goes out. Except Berryz freaking out at this point. Consider it a continuation of the photo-session at the end of this weeks Yaguchi Hitori with hysterical kids in the studio XD
Towards the end there is also a comment from the Morning Musume 10 year anniversary, who naturally mentions their single. They also congratulate Iida Kaori with her 26th birthday.
Lots of topics covered. Probably enough interesting fan insight for those who grok Japanese well, but it's pretty heavy on the talk.
msx made sure there was a torrent, and I'll throw in some screenshots.
