As the show opens, we get a small talk about Yaguchi's (one) field of expertise. It seems to revolve around taste, beautiful women... I assume this can simply be summed up as fashion. No debate there, at least from my point of view ;)
She goes trough lots of stuff, things she did inn the summer vacation, and cool stuff/beautiful stuff she did. Haruki on the other hand has to comment on how she despite all this lacks a certain "glow", something she admits to have forgotten :P
Following this Haruki has takes the liberty to research and come up with a few recommendations. Bringing up a ant-house, Yaguchi has a present for "Ant-loving Haruki". It's a tool/toy which enables him to listen to the footsteps of the ants. WTF! These things are for sale in any random shop?
Anyway, he loves it and thinks it's a awesome present. So the topic being ants, they bring out an ant into the studio so they can fool around with the new toy. Yaguchi has to comment on it being huge, but this time without freaking out ;)
Haruki thinks this is so cool, he is almost lost for words. In the end he grabs Yaguchi's air-piece since he wants this in stereo. Haruki gets in his own world, while Yaguchi comments that she wants to listen as well :P
This weeks movie is "Hannibal Rising". For those of you who have seen a couple of these movies already, the most interesting part here got to be watching Yaguchi cover herself up while the trailer is playing :P
Talking about the movie, Yaguchi sets the topic: How much respect to show the rising Hannibal. Haruki just answers that he "has no fears" :P
Next section is about making artificial salmon roe. In this experiment Haruki fucks up slightly, and Yaguchi tries her best to fix things, and complains. She comments on things not being done proper, but Haruki is confident as usual.
I have no idea where they got this idea or why they are doing it. At least it's less fucked up than the latest MKB PV. Apart from actually eating the result, when they saw for themself how it was made :P
After tasting it bare, they agree that it'is horrible. Then they move on to make makis with the real stuff and the horrible fakes. Some good facial expressions going on here.
Weekly entertainment corner features Ghost rider. This one looks plain silly, so I might even watch it.
There's also a game related to the movie, trying to make your face as hot as possible. The price seems to be a original Ghost Rider t-short, DVD, Blueray DVD, and some signed posters. Yaguchi seems more than excited about the prospects of winning these.
Rules seems to be that anything goes, so expect to see plenty of self-slapping here ;)
Also featured is the movie Sublime and Nijiiro rocket (虹色☆ロケット), which to seems to be some sort of school-drama.
All in all a decent episode, but kinda slow at times.
