This year may be Morning Musume's 10th anniversary, but they are not alone in that. This episode celebrates Yaguchi's tenth year working in the entertainment industry. Give her a clap, boys and girls!
In this respect she talks a little about the idol thing, her new shows aired on net-tv, and how she now has idols coming to her show. I guess it's been a change of events for Yaguchi indeed. She seems to enjoy it and talks alot about how she loves talking to these new idols ;)
Haruki follows up a little by talking about being a comedian. He tells about former days, when he would try to do his act to no response, but how things are different now. In short: It was a tough job.
He also seems to ponder if idols these days will be having a hard time too. Yaguchi starts a sentence saying "(these days) I don't appear as an idol, because...", but before she manages to complete the sentence, Haruki completely agrees XD
We move over to this weeks DVD: Blood diamond. With Leonardo DiCaprio in this one, how can Yaguchi not like it? If is because Yaguchi is slightly enchanted by DiCaprio or not, I do not know, but she manages to mess up during her presentation of the movie :P
In respect to the movies in question, dealing with valuable "rocks", this weeks guest is some "stone"-guy who paints stones into looking like celebrity-faces, animals or whatever. Just for kicks he has also brought a few stones looking like Yaguchi's and Haruki's head.
He has brought a briefcase full of these, and while the guy evidently knows his craft, it's not really that exciting to watch. The thing I noticed in this section which got me chuckling was Yaguchi's comment on the blowfish: "What a cute blowfish!". That's a line you probably don't hear too often :P
I'd also be interested in Kamei's hypothetical response in she had seen his kame ;)
As usual in these segments, the hosts tries doing some of these things themselves. And Yaguchi makes an alien and a UFO. Kinda unexpected ;)
Weekly entertainment corner features Boku ha imouto ni koi wo suru (僕は妹に恋をする), a movie based on a manga with the same name. You'd expect this to be a romantic flick, but it evidently featurs two twins to happen to love each other. Kinky :P
Haruki seems to agree on me here, and does a few illustrative acts to just say how weird the topic at hand is.
Also covered very briefly is the release of the second season of the TV-Series Supernatural.
Game this week is "Telepathic gum-patch" and the price is ticket for some equisite place to eat. I have no idea what the rules for this are, but it doesn't really matter. If this is by the rules or not, the results and reactions are still pretty much hilarious XD
Anyway, apart from the somewhat dull rock-section in the middle (which to be honest ain't that long), this was a totally OK episode. No preview for next week.
Screenshots and torrent as usual.
