It's a pretty good episode, and it really shows how the show has developed over the years. This is obviously back in the early days when they still stuck to the original concept of the program.
What we get here (apart from by now outdated entertainment news, about among other things Otsuka Ai's Love cook), is a few questions which the hosts attempt to answer as good as possible. If you are not feeling excited about work, what kind of entertainment can you use to regain you excitement about things? Yaguchi has a "proper" answer, while Haruki's is slightly off-topic. Anyway, this leaves Haruki the chance to ask about Yaguchi and her fellow H!P friends, their shows, and provide some interesting remarks :P
We also have a musciain in a creative crisis and he is asking the hosts to help him out, since they are creative people and all. I'm not sure I'd recommend the method presented here for a professional musician, but the result in entertaining none the less ;)
