I'm sure you guys remember the Cellphone Cinema which has been in a few different YH-episodes like this one and this one already.
Well... Now, according to the Yaguchi Hitori-homepage, there will be a open competition, open to the public, where people can submit their own works and get them ranked. As far as I can tell, the submissions can then be voted on on the Yaguchi Hitori homepages as well. To top it off: The winners will get aired on the show.
There are rules, and teams are OK, as long as it is around 60 seconds and done with a cellphone. Contest will close November 19th. The rules also says that you should limit your use of music in the piece. Use of music which are for sale (that is: not your own, original music) will not be accepted. So... Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see anything there about gaijins not being able to enter :P
