Show starts off with some sort of experiment, which I honestly didn't get. They take pictures of themselves with cellphone cameras and send them off somewhere. Question is who will reply first. Yaguchi mentions something about it being dangerous, she being a girl and all. Wild guessing: I honestly have no idea.
What I did get what this: Haruki tries to exploit the situation trying to get Yaguchi's celebrity contacts off her cellphone, and this time he really doesn't want to let go :P
This week's movie is Strings from 2004, except it's the Japanese version. It's evidently about marionettes, and just when Haruki thinks he's getting into it, Yaguchi shoots him down for acting like a robot. In the Japanese version of this movie, the voice-actors includes Gekidan Hitori and you know who is going to act all surprised when that fact comes up :P
After the movie is introduced, so is the guest: Kaminarimon Sukeroku (雷門助六), from the "fine arts of rakugo story-telling society" (Proper word: 落語芸術協会). He does very Japanese things while at the same time looking like a marionette :P
Yaguchi gives it a try, but gives up before she has even started. She gets a few quick tips and tries again. Haruki also gives it a try, but can only complain about how much it hurts. In the end they both complain about how this is near impossible, and I think it's been a long time since I've seen them both struggle this much.
When they are done trying the hard and proper stuff, they simply try to do "puppet walking". Haruki gets to hear also from the master that what he is doing is not acting like a puppet, but like a robot XD
In the weekly entertainment corner we get presented Zou no Senaka (象の背中 / Elephant's back), which seems like a kinda daft, feelgood movie. The competition this time is a drawing competition, sitting on elephant's backs. Even Yaguchi has to comment on that being kinda weird. It's pretty fun to watch though.
Not the most interesting episode I've seen, nothing spectacular, but Yaguchi is super-cute here, so let's forgive that right away.
I hard a kinda hard time following this one, so please excuse me in advance for any errors there may be. Anyway: Here are a few screenshots, which are guaranteed to be correct :P
Oh! There's also this torrent.
