While I'm waiting for a huge storm to hit our country tonight (scary!), I managed to make time to review it finally, so:
A new week, a new Yaguchi Hitori ©, here we go.
Show starts off with a little talk and short previews of the Cell Phone Cinema video's which the Japanese viewers of Yaguchi Hitori © sent in.
Yaguchi and Haruki sort of give their opinions about the video's. Haruki tells how VJ Masaru (visual jockey) made the Yaguchi Hitori © intro and how he helped in the making of "FROGMAN" and the trailer of the horror-movie "Chakushin Ari 2". After this Yaguchi and Haruki get a major energy boost whichafter we get introduced this time's movie.
It's "Disturbia" this time, a drama-thriller, about a school student, Kale Brecht, being grounded because he got crazy at school. While he's at home he starts to notice something about his neighbour, over time it more and more seems like he's a serial-killer. Now notice how this Kale is spying a lot there, because they'll use that as the theme for this time's show.
After this, Haruki starts playing with a cheap toy-detector, it's able to detect devices that transmit some kind of signal, his behind is one of those devices. Nahh, that's for his microphone. He continues his small search and finds something.
This whole spying thing of course needs some explanation, therefore we get introduced to this week's guest, Kumagai-san (熊谷). Yaguchi says he looks like an inspector! Well he does have that interesting look. Now on to the cool part of the show, spying devices! . Yaguchi is as excited as I was. There's one device where they're going to play around with. This specific device is very cool, it can detect video-camera's which are transmitting the video wirelessly, you see them tuning the devices to get the signal perfect, then they see themselves standing there, now where the hell could that camera be!?
Weekly Entertainment Update time! There she is again, Shimamoto Mai-san, or better known as Maimai now. ;) This time with cute bunny ears! Don't start imagining her as a bunny-girl 'kay! The movie featured is "RabiPapa", certainly meaning "Rabbit Papa". It seems like a cute movie at first, but it's another one of those weird but very funny Japanese movies, you should check it out if you can.
The game this time is, who could've guessed, a listening game. They hear the audio of a short video-clip and have to guess what's going on, when they have given their answers, we get to see that clip.
Now I didn't mention anything about Yaguchi's look, forgot that! But how should I explain that in words.. Check out the screenshots to see Miss Gorgeous, and some her many expressions during the listening game. ;)
Now, download it right here!
