The Yaguchi Mari Uta Doki 2007 Christmas Bonanzy has started! Looking at my schedule back here, my source (*cough*) must have fezzed up, because first one out is Matsutouya Yumi's "Koibito ga Santa Claus".
Not really the biggest Mitsui Aika fan out there, I still say she did OK here. Enough enthusiasm without overdoing it, but let's move on to what counts: Yaguchi! :D
Yaguchi is in the studio, in one of those neat female Santa Outfits. And not that I'm the one to speak since Oslo isn't exactly covered in snow right now, but the studio is covered in white balloons. A merry, white, Mari Christmas to us all, I guess ;)
Yaguchi performs a somewhat rockish Christmas tune, and it's all very cute. She has done stuff more charming than this before, but I guess being stuck in the between all those balloons makes it kinda hard to jump around like crazy ;)
About midway into the song, the balloons start flying around. Aika evidently decided that singing alone wasn't enough for Yaguchi and started tossing balloons in her general direction. You can clearly see Yaguchi having fun here, throwing balloons back and what not, while still performing flawlessly.
At some points you can see her almost stop, just pointing at Aika with a look saying "you're not gonna stop, are you?". It's all great fun :)
