I'm working overtime and working late today, so I'm just making a quick, quick summary for those interested. Yup. I got up early today, just to make sure you get your episode and review on time. This week we have do a guest, but as far as I can tell no-one famous. Overall theme is death ;)

The show starts off with a mail asking about diets. Haruki quickly brings up Yaguchi's new years resolution and we have some talk about dieting. Haruki presents us his theory on the ultimate diet: The picture diet. Basically watching horrid images, losing your appetite and hence eating less and losing weight. To our great surprise this is not Yaguchi's preferred way of dieting :P

Showing of a picture of a tarantula, Yaguchi almost tries to hide and Haruki has to to calm her down, saying it wont come out of the picture! Although this supposed to be the ultimate diet, when showing of the results afterwards Haruki has to admit it kinda was a failure. Guess he isn't too easily grossed out ;)

This week's movie is Quentin Tarantino's Death proof. The hosts agree it looks cool. Following the introduction they talk about lots of weird and mystic stuff like Maya calenders, photon belts, enka and what not. It all seems to boil down to 2012, and I'm not sure I get this. Death threats? :P

The guest enters and there's some talk, about death-proof vaults? No idea, but not really that interesting either.

In the weekly ent-up corner, once again, is Densen Uta (伝染歌 / The suicide song), although this time as a DVD-release! That means cdjapan should have an email for me in the next 5 minutes regarding a pre-order, or I'm going postal here! Yes, I've been waiting for this since august now :P

For the record, Yaguchi seems really freaked out about this movie this time around ;)

This week as all weeks: Maimai have a new content/challenge prepared: Violin suicide song! This can get nasty and fast! But thankfully they are only to strum the beat to some song and see if the other host can get what song it is. It doesn't sound nice, but you should be able to do this part without losing your appetite ;)

Also covered is Just for kicks and Butterfly effect 2.

Hardly the best episode ever, but a decent watch. Even with such a grim topic, Yaguchi manages to still look as cute as ever! Screenshots and torrent.
