New week and new episode. For reasons you may or may not know, I might rush this one sligthly. This episode has so much talk it is even announced (たっぷりトーク). This might fend you off, but Yaguchi looks extra cute here, so you might want to watch anyway.
Haruki kicks it off. "Once again" that taxi-story. He speaks with a low voice, kinda careful, and you wonder what more there is to it. The taxi driver evidently asked inappropriate questions. And said lots of awesome things. Like how he most definitely wouldn't be wanting any musume-pictures are anything, just because he had a celebrity knowing one in his car. Since, you know he was a pro :D
This week's movie is a flash-anime: Himutsukessha Taka no tsume The movie II (秘密結社 鷹の爪 THE MOVIE II ～私を愛した黒烏龍茶～), Standard edition DVD release. It's been on the show before, although back then it got the lesser Maimai treatment.
The guest of honour this time is Watanabe Shigeru (渡辺繁), and he has a "烏"の事, and as it turns out, brings a crow (karasu / 烏) to the studio. It's not every day you get a black crow in your studio, and Yaguchi thinks it's cute :)
They are going to feed the crow, miso for those interested, and Yaguchi even says it "doki dokis" when she tries it out. She tries to get the crow's attention and... This part is win just for Yaguchi's crow impersonations. Oh WTH! Haruki is even better :D
After Haruki has fed the crow, and the crow swallows it all in one chum, Yaguchi manages to say it is "jouzu" :D
When they are about to unleash the beast, Haruki is kinda worried that crow will remember (脳 / memory) the miso "have waited" for this. They go ahead anyway and test the birds smarts (賢さ). In case you were wondering: Yes, is kinda freaking Yaguchi out over it. So instead we get to watch some videos showing crow smarts instead ;)
Yaguchi is worried about the sparkling things in the studio, with regards to the crow. There's lots of crow talk. No really. I'm not summing it all up, but there are some startling things said, as can be seen by Haruki going full :O in the screenshots.
We have a slight entertainment flash, and the movie covered is D-Wars. It looks like something so silly I might buy it :P
Following this is more talk: the ugly truth coming to light (二人のトークでイヤーな事実発覚！).Haruki talks about toilets and being sharply dressed (御洒落, oshare). Also a feeling of being small :D
It all ends with Yaguchi concluding "Scary! But you are OK, right?", and Haruki replying "Well.. I'm [i]Haruki[i], you know!" All in all being pretty manly about the toilet-incident :P
Next section is Yaguchi's turn. "This became a great thing, didn't it? Look at all this, all these people!" pointing around the studio. Haruki, as serious as he can be goes "Somehow it looks like a proper TV program!" XD
That's not all however, Yaguchi announces that soon (間もなく, mamonaku) Yaguchi Hitori will start on a big project! And without further a due, lets introduce the new project member: Hii-san (久一泰子). What seems to be announced is that Yaguchi will be the "main force" (重圧) in this project. Sounds good to me :)
We have BIG announcement (ついに重大発xが！). Someone please tell me what the X is. I've wasted 50 minutes trying to look it up and failing. If noone tells me, I will stop doing summaries. God I hate kanjis.
Anyway, the big announcement seems to be some colaberation between Kantou-area (around Tokyo) Tsutaya and Yaguchi Hitori Maru(C) (関東エリアのTSUTUYAに行けば番組で紹介された作品に手に取れる). Evidently there is some big works up and coming.
In that regard Maimai is introduced, and we have a Tsutaya quiz. As far as I can tell it's just plugging Tsutaya so "we can get to know them", before this whole thing sets off. Haruki wins prices.
This episode wasn't half bad, but now I'm all grumpy after looking up way too much kanjis and words in general. Someone please fill me in about the project details :D
