Yaguchi Hitori Maru(C) this week (sponsored by Tsutaya :P ). This has Yaguchi in control, yelling and telling Haruki off all the time. It's pretty, pretty awesome. This should most definitely be on your download list.
Opening talk is about Manga. Yaguchi and also Haruki reads manga. Yaguchi has recently started reading BECK. Because of this she wants to give guitar-playing a shot. Haruki's reaction can be seen in the screenshots. First speechless, then telling her to stop uttering nonsense. He doesn't think she has what it takes.
Yaguchi still considers going out buying a guitar. This leads to earlier program flashbacks where Yaguchi has tried mastering instruments :P Yaguchi moves on to convince Haruki she has the stuff. Haruki is not convinced ;)
It concludes with a question about priorities: Will Yaguchi put guitar playing or the program first?
This week's movie: Tokumei Kakawarichou Tadano Hitoshi Saigo no Gekijouban (特命係長 只野仁 最後の劇場版), basically the final Tokumei Kakawarichou Tadano Hitoshi movie, premiering Decmber 6th. Movie related guest: Akiyama Rina (秋山莉奈), actress and gravure idol.
Yaguchi opens the talk by telling the guest how much this movie surprised her. When asked to explain why she just says "It's so incredibly sexy!". They move on to talk about Sailor Bishoujo Nantettatte Oshiriina, one of her singles, not to mention ass (おしり, oshiri). What is super fun here is how Yaguchi is all ecstatic, Haruki pretty calm, and he is the one who has to calm Yaguchi down.
We get some clips from the movie. This seems like it could have been Men-dol the movie, had it not been for all them silly fighting scenes. Not going in depth here, the summary has some interesting choice quotes, including "flower ass". Just saying :P
Discussing the movie, it seems Akiyama reveals some of the tricks they use to make her ass look extra good on film. After a while Haruki stops Yaguchi, once again, and asks in a ecchi voice "Now what did you just say?!". Yaguchi explains that this kinda talk is girl-stuff, so hush it :P
Following this we get more, eh, girl-stuff: A "Maririina" vs "Oshiriina" showdown. Yaguchi is super enthusiastic about this. Haruki tries to steal Yaguchi's thunder by questioning the name, but once again, Yaguchi takes control and tells Haruki to stuff it :D
For those getting their hopes up (like me) assuming this will be all about poses, it's about "colour copies" (カラーコピー). Oh well. It turns out pretty good anyhow, especially the preparations. They are supposed to make copies of themselves using a colour copy-machine, and do a full out "sumo fight" using these.
Faces first, and so is Yaguchi. She absolutely refuses to show her result since it's not "idol-like". She reluctantly shows Haruki and the guest the results, but stresses how this cannot be shown on TV. Guess what the first thing Haruki tries to do is? :D We get to see the result eventually, but I'll let you see for yourself if Yaguchi's worries was warranted :P
Anyway they are to make full colour copies of themselves and get cardboard cut to human shapes for their experiment. You may notice something about size going on here :D
When they get to the ass region, they evidently have a problem: Akiyama's skirt is all black: not good for copies. Oopsie daisy. They are overly polite and get her what looks like a bathroom-robe for the occasion. Cue the smooth jazz background-music while Haruki comments on the technicalities of these copies XD
When we get to see the complete results, patched onto the cardboard and all, Haruki comments eagerly on Maririina and Yaguchi is not too happy. It might be due to that whole size thing mentioned earlier :P
Following this is what seems to be the new Maimai-corner: Yaguchi Hitori Maru(C) Tsutaya project. Yaguchi and Haruki are both very excited about this, but not really much in it for us. Haruki comments on his picture, which looks slightly corny. Yaguchi is wearing a new outfit though.
There are a couple of spare shelves in the Yaguchi Hitori Tsutaya rack, and this is for staff picks. The theme for December is set to movies which makes you say "I love this movie!" and fills you with a good feeling after seeing it. Haruki's pick is Buffolo 66. Yaguchi's pick is Shawshank redemption. She thinks this is a great movie for dates :P
While I see no Maimai here in this episode, she is promised to be on the show each week to cover this bit.
While this episode was all about ass, next week seems to be about robots. I don't see Perfume there though ;)
So, yeah. If you, like me, like things a little bit ecchi, you will probably love this episode. Not saying it's the best episode ever, but definitely one of the best ones this year.
