Soooo I finally did it. I bothered to encode the old Yaguchi Hitori DVD from the DVD box-set. Well parts of it anyway:
- Yaguchi Hitori Main features from the 13 first episodes.
- A Yaguchi Hitori DVD only extra episode
- The makers of Yaguchi Hitori: Basically seeing the studio getting set up.
These are old episodes from back in 2004 or so when the show started, but lacks the feature films and stuff, so studio stuff only more or less. And for those wondering, yes, this is from the very beginning :)
No screenshots. You either want this or you don't. And no, I'm not setting up 13 reviews in a row here either :)

mixedmedia over the Hello! Online forums has not only provided a small summary of Yaguchi's latest movie "Kung-fu kun", but also pointed out an available torrent for those interested in peeking. Thanks, mate :)
I'll just quote his post over here. Please avoid clicking if you can't take any light spoilers.

So not having seen the movie I have absolutely no idea if this is total dreck or not, but hey! It has Yaguchi in it, so it can't be all bad.
ampedechoz had this handy amazon link. I couldn't find it at CDJapan yet, but if it's out, it is out, and it probably just a matter of time before they have it in stock as well.
Go crazy, go buy ;)
Update: Now also at CDJapan. Unfortunately this release seems to have no subs. Maybe a later international release?

Ok. For being the best selling idol DVD in Japan, this sure took it's time. So while I kinda knew that this was in the making and has been for quite a while, now it's all out and official!
SacredCultivator and his excellent team over at Hello! Fansubs has finally completed their Yaguchi Mari Love-Hello! fansub!
Get it while it's hot! It's available in Xvid and in H264.
And don't you forget to give the crew some credit and some love. I dare you! :D

Thanks to ampedechoz for posting this. For those interested, I'm delighted to announce (or parrot) that Yaguchi's movie Kung fu kun will be available on DVD in August. August 6th to be exact.
As far as I can tell it's a regular DVD, not Bluray, and most likely region 2 like all other Japanese releases. You guys in the US better find yourself a region-free player asap.
Preorder your first press, speciel edition copy at CDJapan or whatever your preferred online-store is now :)
Movie cover/poster is also included in the post, so click click click the header :D

Since I have nothing more interesting to write about right now, I thought I'd just mention this one. Not at all because it's something you people out there would be interested in or anything :P
For those interested and with bandwidth and ratio to spare, Silverglade just uploaded the full DVD-ISO for this one over at Hello! Online.
Right here. And if you like it, consider buying it, ok? ;)

Hello! Days 12 DVD is out, and rumour had it Yaguchi was on it. According to the torrent description, this is from the Zepp Tokyo concerts back in July 30th in 2007. And naturally I had to take a look :)
Theme for the first half seems to be "Kemeko no heya", which is a small live-show and performance. It opens with Yasuda Kei doing a short intro in the role of Kemoko-chan, followed by a shortened performance of Abe Natsumi's "Boom boom boom". And Yasuda looks surprisingly good these days!
